Easy Ways to Build Sustainable Procurement Processes
As more and more companies become aware of their ecological impact, sustainability is added to the procurement processes. While this may seem daunting on top of already tight economic-driven procurement decisions, adding green to the process doesn't have to be difficult.

There are five simple things every company can do to help it purchase the most environmentally friendly and lowest cost products available (with the right quality), and help raise the bar in terms of sustainability throughout their industry:

2. Develop a Code of Conduct that includes Green.
3. Educate your supply base.
4. Reward good behavior.
5. Practice what you preach.
